Clever use of wasted space

This was a spot not often used so we decided to incorporate it into the indoors

French doors leading into new study

Looking in through doors you can see the large skylight

High Gloss Black finish on desk & filing cabinets also houses all
computer & phone equipment with special mesh to allow air circulation

Beautiful Calacutta Marble bench tops, treated with a special coating that prevents stains like red wine or lemon juice from permeating - not many people know about this will blog about it in weeks to come, Amazing!!

The arches need to be removed to make way for a longer sleeker  Kitchen area

TOWN HOUSE RENOVATION

My husband & I Project Managed this renovation & sourced everything ourselves.  Although we had a building company (who will remain nameless as they were hopeless) we also had to sub-contract some of the work, e.g. hydronic heating, flooring & marble people.

A little bit of "The Hamptons" on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.

 If you are looking for a divine smelling white rose, then you can't go past these beautiful "Margaret Merrill" roses.  White floribunda repeat blooming.

Hard to believe but these Tulips & Hyacinths grew so well for me!
